You dish out 10 times more damage to all foes. Diseases don't make you receive more damage from attacks (diseases still affect you in the other ways in Survival Mode).

In survival mode only, the mod "GO4 (Gameplay Optimizations for Fallout 4) Very Easy Survival" changes the damage you do and the damage done to you to match that of the Very Easy difficulty setting: You take 75% less damage from all attacks. You dish out 2 times more damage to all foes. Diseases don't make you receive more damage from attacks (diseases still affect you in the other ways in Survival Mode).
